Wells Fargo Bank

Very bad customer service. Had a quick question and was told very rudely that I must have an appointment to even ask a question. After a few bad experiences with Wells Fargo I am considering switching banks even though we have been customers for many years.

They need a separate line for business customers in the drive thru. I hate waiting 30 minutes because someone is disputing a $3 service fee.

I hate being charged 7.50 to cash a wells fargo check at a wells fargo bank . It's sad they are capitalizing on people who are already barly scraping by. Shame on wells fargo

I love this bank and it's entirely because of the staff. The team behind the counter here is incredible.

Just saying Im frustrated by how some of the Employees there do not want to work till closing went there today at 11:46 and the window at the drive through was closed 14 minutes before closing

Exactly 55 min just to cashout my check

Idk what they're doing in there and neither do the employees

Wells fargo seems to be getting worse and worse. I will definitely be closing my accounts here and reopening with another bank.
