I've been a BOA client over 20 years Gold status but when I went to this location, the "slug in charge" denied giving me a cashier's check made out to a BMW dealership even though the money was in my account! So I drove to another BOA location 15 minutes away which promptly gave me the cashier's check, no questions asked! Jealousy will get you nowhere!

The lady with the white hair is very rude and does not treat people well...plus does not work hard to fix problems...went there with a busines check not having a bunises acc...she just sayd : i cant deposit this check...sorry...have a good day...went to other on hwy92 they sayd oh i see you a custormer over 10 years i cant deposit your check but the lady there can open a busines acc for you and them you deposit...that one bring people to bank of america

Only two tellers working. No drive through. I don’t bank with them and never will but my company does. Can’t stand going here.

I've been here 2 different times lately and neither time gotten what I needed. 3 weeks ago they didn't have a teller so no money, no deposits. Today I needed a few golden dollars tooth fairy items, the teller said I'd have to wait for the 2 people in "the wall" to come out. 1 of those people called out that it would be less than 5 minutes. I sat and waited for 10 minutes with no one saying anything else to me and I finally left because the line was now very long and still no one had come out of "the wall."

I needed to go in today to update personal information on the account. The website wasn't showing accurate information, so I called the branch to set an appointment. I worked with Veronica, and she was able to validate my information and update my account quickly and without issue. She was so thorough, I couldn't believe it. I had put this off for so long, as previous branches denied my appointment time, couldn't commit to the time, or wouldn't look at my paperwork without my husband present, as if it were 1950. I sincerely appreciate the validity of my concerns and wish every branch had an employee like her.

Bank of America is the worst bank you could ever bank with. I’ve gotten multiple fraudulent transactions and they don’t even check it. They say “they blocked” that “business” but yet they find their way back to taking money out of my account. I’ve had to get a new debit card 5 times this year so far and have no way of paying for ANYTHING. I’m very very very angry and STILL WAITING for my new debit card after a week has already gone by. I’m switching banks and you should too!

In my opinion this is the best branch. Whenever I go there they give us the best service in a short period of time. We have worked with almost all the employees there and think they are all amazing. Especially Kathy and Daniela. We also worked with people who had other things things going on even somebody who was pregnant. And all of them no matter what circumstances did as well as possible.

I normally don't write reviews, let alone negative reviews. However, my experience with this branch was exceptionally bad. From looking at their other reviews on this platform I can see I'm not the only one to notice their customer service skills are very poor. My interaction at the bank was mostly with bank rep Daniela Bustillo. The problem that we had was due to her lack of listening, reasoning, and customer service iq, all wrapped in a nasty attitude. Service at Bank of America is normally good to fair. But I believe something is missing with training at this branch compared to other Bank of America branch locations. In all, taking care of business inside this branch can be a pain. I suggest visiting a different location or just switching banks in general.

Came here trying to cash a check and was instantly welcomed by a lady who said she couldn’t. She was saying I was in the wrong and I didn’t know the rules just because I didn’t have an account. She didn’t even tell me why she couldn’t cash my check. She was very unprofessional and made me feel stupid. I would not recommend going here at all. If you want great communication and help, don’t come here. Save yourself time and energy.

I stopped going to this branch because the lady manager was the worst. I make large cash deposits around 6 times a year. When I went last she told me that due to the high amount that they Would not count it then...but later and that I have to start using the night deposit drop off box. I would never leave money at a bank without them counting it in front of me. She was rude and BOA lost my business. I none use PNC and it’s free with no hassle trying to put money into the bank!
