I visited this branch for a pre scheduled appointment. Elle Depute was my contact, but I also interacted with couple of other staff at the branch. We had a very pleasant experience and my service request itself was completed very smoothly. Elle was great at explaining to us the entire process while doing the wire transfer and we had a long conversation afterwards about cards, deposits and accounts in general. I was visiting a bank in person after a very long time and our experience couldn't have been any better. Thank you Elle and rest of the team at this branch!
I do not recommend this particular branch. I spoke with a lady over the phone 10 minutes prior to arriving about having a notary stamp two letters for me and she told me to come on. I arrived and they told me that I had to wait 45 minutes because the notary was opening an account. Then the lady told me to just go to UPS store. I'm like why should I have to do that I'm an accountholder here?! Obviously Chase does not value their already existing customer base which is evident in their actions. I walked in at 10:45 am and they were literally empty anyway. You mean to tell me the notary couldn't just come out of her cubicle and stamp two letters? I don't see any value in remaining a accountholder here. I do not recommend this branch.
I was able to accomplish everything I needed to efficiently and with kindness from the staff. Even tasks they could not directly help with, they guided me how to go navigate the process on the phone. Great customer service!
Wish I could give -1 star. No greeting what-so-ever at the front. One guy walking around with no sort of eye contact. Came in to open a business account and get a new bank card and sat for 10 minutes with no contact. I got up to head to a window where people who came after me was headed to. Got to it when I saw that it was empty and was told I was gonna be with in a sec. After a few more minutes I left to go grab my daughter came back and it’s the same scenario. Get it together with the costumer service. Inattentive and just seem not to care! The whole staff that worked today... thumbs down. I rather Cobb Pkwy! I even complained about the lack of customer service and still sat there when the place was completely EMPTY!
I don’t know what all those employees are doing in the branch. This is the 3rd time i went to the branch for different reasons, they just hand me a number to call and solve the issue over the phone. I had issue with my business account the manager said call this number they will fix it for you. Next day i went to open another business account they said no appointment for a week , i said can i open a personal account at least she said i can send you the link you can open it online….. when there was 3 bankers in the lobby chatting with each other. If i wanted to open account online why would i stop by the bank and why they have hired all those banker ???
ATM’s are never working properly at this branch. Useless, especially since that’s Chase’s preferred method of interacting with their customers…
The branch manager Latif Nalayeh is so rude, has the worst customer service ever and unprofessional at all, the way he deal with customers is so rude, he treat customers like he’s the owner of chase!!! I went there for an account error to fix but he was so racist, everyone in the whole branch kept apologizing to me and wanted to fix the problem after Latif lost it on me and start shouting and pointing at my face but I insisted to close my 2 accounts after being a customer with chase for almost 7 years. 2 customers were fighting with him by the time I was there so I called chase customer service and spoke to a supervisor and explained everything to him. Apparently, chase bank knows that Latif Nalayeh has a long record of problem with customers but they don’t care, I don’t know why they never investigate his problems. Anyway, stay away from that branch and Latif’s ugly face with that disgusting sarcastic smile!
Customer service was terrible once I walk in no one greeted me or acknowledge me. Was going to open a personal account but not sure now
I came into the bank around 5:10 p.m to open a checking account yesterday 11/27/17. There was only one banker who was currently with a customer and she told me she would help me after the lady she was currently helping. I sat and waited for about 20 minutes before a gentlemen, who I'm thinking might have been a manager, told me I can come back another day since I have been waiting a while and there is only one banker. I told him I don't mind waiting to get serviced as I have no other time to open an account. 15 minutes later, a lady, who I also thought may have been a manager, came over with an attitude and told me I can't be helped today because they won't have enough time to get it done by close 6 pm and she has to close the building and would like to "go home to her kids". Regardless, its your job and you signed up for it...It seemed as if they both were more concerned about getting me to leave so they can go home on time instead of simply helping me. It wasn't that busy either. The banker Elle was very, very nice and a great deal of help. She helped me get my account and got me out the building at 6:05 pm before her other client she was helping before me she simultaneously helped both of us- that's excellent customer service at its finest. The customer service is very, very poor from management. They should consider rehiring. Bad experience for a first time customer.
Came in here a couple of days ago in hopes of starting up a business bank account. I walked in & I believe he goes by the name of Marcus, he greeted me & got me started since the banker I had appointment with was finishing up with another client, Marcus was very informative & answered majority of the questions I had, very helpful, I then proceeded to meet with Ravi sookraj & the process took some time since I am new to chase but as we went he asked questions and we spoke about my future endeavors, I was successful at completing my account I was told everything I needed to know & I left completely satisfied! So glad I came here thank you guys so much
