Horible service, very slow. At the end of standing in a line he didn’t know even that for transaction he needs managers approval! I was late because of him. It happened today 08.29 at 3.00 pm till 3.35 pm. 35 minutes of wasting time!

Horrible experience! This place is so horribly managed. I have had two different experiences one worst than the other. I was there this past Tuesday and they actually had no staff- no tellers. The manager made me wait till he got off of a call to tell me they had system issues. That was not the case, there was actually no other workers. Shame on you BOFA not to investigate this location and make sure your customers are getting the Best service possible. I will never go to this location again. Pls look into who is managing this branch!

That little lady teller that sits in the middle i forgot her name is rude and impatient. Like you’re a teller ms. Your job isn’t hard. You deposit and withdrawal. That’s it. I’ve always deposited a check and withdrawn $110 out of it and now all of the sudden it’s on hold for 2 weeks so there goes my Light, food for my daughter, laundry, phone bill and metro for work. Smh. Two years depositing and withdrawing from this bank each week because my job doesn’t do direct deposit and look. Smfh. Go to the Hispanic really light skinned boy. He never gives any issues. That other darker Hispanic male teller and that small black lady are RUDE, inpatient and slow. Smh. Once the funds are available, I’m going back to chase.

A star rating is more then what they deserve, I walk in and asked about a referance letter the guy in front desk just ignored me with some stupid excuses, that they are not taking walk in only by appointment and I have to come back tomorrow, I really need it today for school . bank where you put your money should not treat you like this .

Very sweet and efficient staff. Answered all of my questions with efficiency and care.

The service here is garbage. There's always a line of 5+ people at the teller and there is always ever 1 teller. Yet there are a bunch of people behind the counter, just not helping anyone. Trash. Don't come here.
