Hire credit hacktivist webghost33 on instagram for your credit fix. I Used the bank for several years. I wanted to get a new 2018 Chevrolet Cruz Premier Hatchback in Cajun Red at my local Chevrolet dealership but I had a bad credit I had a 430 with Transunion, 415 with Experian and a 409 FICO score. I also had a repossession, charge offs and negative closed credit card accounts needed an urgent help repairing it. So while searching for help online I saw a comment of a woman Monalisa saying a revolutionary credit specialist helped her in getting her life back buy cleaning up her credit, We got started immediately and after 21 business days he deleted the repossession, charge offs and raised my scores to 798. I have purchased the 2018 Chevrolet and got approved for Geico Insurance . I always wanted to get and I'm also qualified for everything.
The PNC Bank location across from MSG is comfortable and fully staffed with very helpful staff. I got to know a lot of them during COVID and thankfully the Bank has retained most of their staff. They are competent and polite. Although that part of town has become rather gross, the PNC branch on 31st and 7th Ave is a welcomed respite.
Bad experience. Im actually a customer since 1992 when PNC was Midland bank. The guy sitting up front didnt take his eyes off of his computer and the girl next to him knew nothing about opening a landlord tenant account, telling me it will take over an hour to open. They succeed for me just walk away leaving them sitting lazy at their desks
They don’t staff enough people for Saturdays. I went in for a routine banking need and they said I needed an appointment and couldn’t get one until a week later. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll begin looking for a bank that values my business.
The staff is friendly. But the vestibule where the ATMs are located, smells like urine.
Huge shout out to Jaimie at Eleven Penn Plaza PNC across from New York Penn Station not only took care of me, she did it so efficiently that I had over an hour of free time before I caught the train back to my home in Summit. I had to walk no further than the entry bank and Jaime was right there ready to help. She was sitting at the desk. She assessed my problem, took my card and ID and went to work. But what made Jaime stand out was her human connection she made with me. I was just ending my volunteer shift at the amazing Bowery Mission in lower Manhattan. It turned out she had volunteered there too. So we chatted about that. She also showed interest in my teaching. I come to the biggest, the most vibrant city in the world and I get five-star customer service from Jaime all in under 15 minutes. She made my entire life infinitely more bearable by activating my PNC card. Huge THANK YOU to her. I told her I would be posting it and I hope that she as well as her managers and higher ups are able to read this. She needs to be commended for her exceptional service. You are the best Jaime!
Extremely bad service, I recommend Chase Bank more.
This review is for the loan officer specifically Jeffrey Feldman. The reps at the bank are fine. Was shopping for mortgage loans and contacted this branch. After this experience, I am no longer interested in working with them. Pnc should have more than one branch and officer in the Nyc area. Additionally, they should hire loan officers who are used to working with people outside of wealthy white communities like mr. Feldman. After being told that he makes his own hours and does not work in the branch, I ended up emailing him and scheduled a call.He spent all of five minutes being condescending and rude. He made several assumptions about my husbands and income* and credit that weren’t true. He further stated he didn’t know much about fha a lie or he’s incompetent and was spouting wrong figures on interest rates, minimum down payments and closing costs. He basically said we didn’t have money, when we have 4 % dp for our price range. He lied and said he’d email us more information to hurry us off the phone, after I corrected the misinformation he spouted. I do not want him to follow up as Pnc doesn’t need my kind of business.
As annoying as it is to only have two branch locations in Manhattan, I still like stopping by when needed. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, and have always helped me out when I needed particularly last time when I needed a check printed out since their online system doesn't allow for a Memo, they dropped the fee for me. Despite how much more convenient other banks are in the city, I'm definitely going to stay with PNC.
Swung by this bank for a quick visit. They helped right away; impressed by their speed and customer service. Go PNC! And thank you Sudarsha! Appreciated.
