Most of the time I have received excellent service. But, at this time they push me away to use website while I am there to get the service in side the bank. At least you have to be welcome and provide the necessary services for the customer inside your bank Using online always is not convenient . We/I sometimes prefer to do business inside bank with an agents.

Highly recommend this branch. Amazing experience when I opened my very first bank account, everyone was polite. I was early for my appointment but they had very comfortable couches where you can wait. Kulsoom Shah is the one who assisted me and she was very professional and knowledgable. Had a very pleasant discussion with her and all her advices we're very helpful!

Kulsoom is very kind and assisted me several times. Sometime my brother and i dont have appointment but she still helps us even if she is busy. Overall always great to be helped by her. You guys are lucky to have her.
