first time in this location, I can see why the Google reviews are low. Standing in the empty lobby to get a commercial loan and there is nonone around. After. few minutes a guy in a suit who was gonna walk on by me, but I had eye contact and he had to ask if i needed help. I said I needed to speak with soneone about my bamking. He said with exasberbation, I jjust got out of an interview and I dont know whats goong on - he starts walking away and points to the chairs that I can sit over there. Thats it!, lol He couldnt care less and made my asking to meet with someone like it was an invonvenience - lame lame lame
Great drive ATMs long as you have you debit card on your wallet you can use the ATM don't even have to use the physical card
Unfortunately, I was overlooked by a few associates while awaiting one on one help. Despite being busy, while out on the floor it is not only professional but courteous to at least acknowledge patrons awaiting assistance. Thankfully Alicia, however, provided wonderful customer service. She without fail was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable enough to help me avoid a long lunch break wait. She interacts well with the public and I witnessed her provide the same A+ service to customers that entered before and after me. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, therefore, she's more than enough reason to visit this branch
Went today with my sister in law to get a credit card for her and had a very good experience. We were greated by everyone starting from the entrance! All the employees were very nice and polite. Lorena was very kind, patient and professional with my sister-in-law that doesn’t speak too much english. Thank you!
I Recently opened a business account with this branch, and the customer service was nothing short of phenomenal. They had several options to choose from and tailored my account to help my business succeed financially. After interviewing several banks and a couple credit unions, it was a no brainer. I was even given some great credit building tips. Special thanks to Cassandra, Chanelle and Tiffany...you guys rock!!!
Samantha was able to exceed our expectations while we open our joint account with my Fiancé. She was very helpful and accommodated our decision to open an account. She gave us an option thats perfect for us. Absolutely 11 out of 10 for Samantha.
I stopped by a week ago to open a business account with Bank of America and was directed to Samantha Damian. The process took a little bit longer than I had planned, but I could tell Samantha was being thorough. I recently came back with a couple follow up questions and Samantha took care of me quickly and efficiently. I look forward to growing my business with Bank of America!
I went to exchange currency. When I got there I was told to sit down and wait for someone to come over. The woman who came over was extremely rude! I didnt realize I needed to have an account to exchange currency. I thought I had exchanged at that bank before without an account. Apparently I was mistaken. She told me it was never that way and she had been there for 14 years. All this after treating me awful for not having an account with them. This Bank of America has horrible customer service and their fees are ridiculous. This is why I will never have a bank of america account and will not be going back again... EVER!
Came here because it was closer, as usual there was one teller and 10 people in line all the way to the door. They closed the drive thru so that wasn’t an option. People were clearly upset. I walked out and just made the drive to Navy Federal. Not worth waiting an hour and paying a 8 dollar fee when I can just drive a little farther to my bank. I feel bad for people that are actually members here.
Back at the end of June, I went to get two rolls of quarters for laundry. The teller, "Chanelle", told me as we exchanged my $20 bill, was that there was a "$10 service fee". She laughed, telling me it was a joke. I didn't find it funny. She gave me my quarters, and I left. I will never return there.
