Navy Federal Credit Union

I was so worried that this place might not be in business based on the current reviews. I had to uber there today and I wanted to make sure. I called 1800 number on navy Federal to make sure the location is in business. Luckily it is. They must made some renovations because the place looks mint and it has 2 atms. I'm really impressed.

It’s okay. I’ve been with them since a teenager but I might be looking for better bank. These people lie about transactions and sometimes won’t dispute charges I don’t approve of. Trying to give them a chance to improve their business by leaving this review. I’m still waiting on my credit card to come in the mail. It’s taking forever. oh my god!! I think dollar bank might be better. Not sure but so far dollar bank turns me on more

Trash customer service. Just like the 1-800 number for navy federal.

Nice small office but gal didn't look happy to be there.

This branch is always packed and to make a deposit, or get a cashier's check takes over thirty minutes. I couldn't imagine the time commitment to get a debit card reissued or applying for a loan. They seem to be understaffed all the time! And, they do not have a coin counter nor do they have a drive though. This branch needs a massive makeover and a tummy tuck.

You shouldn’t force someone to use hand sanitizer, if everyone is wearing gloves and if I have to handle money after that, it is pointless and to be given attitude at the door is poor service

Couldn't believe the reviews for this location when I looked up the branch closest to me.. they are true.. Very pleasant tellers especially Adrianne, hope I spelled it correctly. She was very helpful and knowledgeable..

Never liked this branch. No drive thru, busy parking lot and outside ATM rarely works.

They treat the customer with respect and always speak to you like you are appreciated.Never have I walked in that they don’t treat me as though they are there to help me and never with the robotic rehearsed lines you hear over and over.Very genuine people .I always feel good when I leave
