Great and smoothly responsive buttons. I love how the command window is at a functional height. At some ATMs, I either have to lean partially out of my car window or open my door; neither is safe and both devalue the convenience of a drive-thru ATM. I also love that I can opt to have the receipt emailed so that I can always have that record without having to keep up w another piece of paper.
Very unresponsive staff. Even when they answer they refuse to put person in charge on phone. When messages are left there is never a call back. It's like playing phone tag with a ghost trying to get ahold of anyone. Whole building discusses account to where they know who you are as soon as you call but still refuses to listen and transfer calls properly. Their legal team obviously has no idea about how to deal with private restricted accounts or other lawyers. Don't recommend this place at all. Hopefully the rest of the Bank of America chain isn't as bad as this specific building. Sincerely an unhappy customer
Every time I go there it’s one hour until I’m done. I understand that it’s a busy branch on a busy intersection. I will understand if there are three tellers and the line is up to the door no problem but when you go inside and you find out it’s only one teller that is a huge problem that Bank of America have to look at . One teller most of the time and the line is up to the door. I’m definitely moving my accounts to a different bank
Love this bank! There are complaints that this place is busy but what do you expect from a bank who is in a high traffic area and so close to Desoto County where Mississippians have no choice to go there for their convenience? The tellers are super nice and know me when I come. Each and every teller is sweet.

Terrible service...just terrible. They never have enough tellers and the line is almost always backed up to the entrance door. The Elvis Presley location I sometimes travel out of my way just to find a different location. Not to mention the teller that directly sits in front of the door screwed up an important transaction of mine involving one of my IRAs and when I caught the mistake she quoted me some made up Bank of America rules I knew were inaccurate. After explaining to her the correct rules and listening to her talk to me like I did not receive an education, I asked to speak with her manager. If I didn't know my stuff she could have easily cost me lot of money. I am currently in the process of switching all of my accounts with them to my credit union...

Had to come here to sign documents to open my business account. Been waiting over an hour outside to see a representative. On top of them closing down other branches in Memphis. More locations are needed.
This bank sucks. I opened my account and barely had it open for 2 days and they closed it and now I can't even get my money out. I will never go to this bank ever again.
This location is very overcrowded with people and service is very slow if you can avoid this location please do especially on a Friday afternoon or the beginning of the month.
