I went to this bank  on 01/30/3023 to cash a check I received from Geico do to my car being totaled!  I went in handed the check to the teller to cash, the check was $10,000 dollars gave her my 2 forms of ID one being a federal employee she took the check my IDs looked at me and ask did I have a bank and said yes she then looked at the check again and said go take it to your bank and cash this check is over the bank limit!  I took my check Drive to the bank of American on Hack cross remind you I stay in Southaven this is a 30 to 40 min drive but the other bank was 15 mins away from my house !  Pulled up to the bank located on hacks cross went in gave the teller my check my 2 ids and the tell asked for more information which was fine I gave her the information and she cashed my check!  The lady at the 3741 Winchester Memphis to 38118 was white!  The one on hacks was black!  I fill like either the lady was racist or just plan lazy either way I can’t see how Bank of America is benefiting off this lady turning checks down and sending people away!  She made that decision on her own never consulted with a bank supervisor or anything I am that was not the procedure!  Ivv be advise you if you have a large check to cash and it has Bank of America on it don’t go to this branch cause it won’t get cashed!

Do not bank with bank of America especially this one on Winchester. Unauthorized payments occur in your account and they tell you it's nothing they can do before even picking up a phone or typing a button on a computer. No more direct deposit from me. Finding me a new bank and closing my account. Any bank that can't help you when your money gone is a financial failure. Deserve 0 stars.

Tellers are well trained. Bank is clean and up to date. The line runs slow on the weekend but during the week its never a crowd.  Opening up an account is quick and convenient.  I would recommend this bank.

This location would love for you to come wait in their line!  The ‘managers’ will sit at their desks playing solitaire and checking their watches as they enjoy you waiting in their long lines! Closing my B of A account as soon as I have no pending transactions.

Only one bank teller working and their drive thru was closed only ATM's.  I've spent over 30 minutes here because there was only one person working.  I wouldn't come here again I've wasted my time enough at this branch it's happened more than once.  If you have a busy schedule don't expect fast service at this banking branch.

Slow. Today at 2pm only one drive through ATM. Drive by window is closed. Staff for the most part are below par. 9-14-2015. Wish better branch was close by. Did I mention dirty.. . don't think location will be open for long or only used to train staff

Long lines........ No matter what part of the day. Please staff this bank. I love tge people because they are so nice but it takes so long.

They have more tellers!! I only waited 10 minutes tops!! I am super happy!! Customer service is still AMAZING!!
