The assistance I received was very informative.

I came here by accident and wound up opening an account. I like the great service I received, and especially like my personal banker.

Huge line every time I am here. Currently 3 employees standing around talking while the line is out the door and down the sidewalk 5 feet and two tellers are going crazy. Not sure who runs this branch- but they shouldn't be.

More security than tellers.  Please hire more people.

It is in good location. Also it is just like a hundred other B of A's. No difference all alike with different floor plan.

Worst customer service.  Long wait times. They will do whatever they can not to assist or to push you to another branch. The supervisor "Anthony" is super rude and petty. Acts like he's 14. I have never seen so much immaturity in my life. Who runs this branch?
