Wells Fargo Bank

Unhelpful employees.other race will go in and once a Mexican walk in, they help the Mexican. I am getting so tired of wellsfargo bs, I am about to close my account with them.

Just wanted to share that I came into this location today at 9 and was helped by your teller Jonathan and he was super friendly! Great customer service! He helped me print out my direct deposit for me and congratulated me for my new job! Keep up the great service! His positivity does make a difference the store was super busy but his kindness was appreciated!

Is this a wells fargo bank? They are never open. Just the walk- up and drive threw are open. Why are you always closed?

I love Wells Fargo Bank!!. I’ve never had issues with Staff Members. When I’ve used the ATM either walk up or drive thru I’ve never had an issue. So I will be returning I’ve banked with Wells Fargo since 96. So that alone speaks for it self...

This is the most idiotic set of people I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I just opened up my account. The first banker told me I could use my funds right away. I go to a restaurant and I'm declined. I call customer service and they told me they hold the initial deposit but I can go to the ATM to withdraw funds. So I go to the ATM and get an error code. After waiting I get a extremely dumb personal banker named Sadie who tells me it's nothing they can do because the account was opened online. She has me to wait after speaking with Saulo her manager to tell me I'm unable to access any of my funds because of policy I know she was lying to me. Her and the manager Saulo are imbeciles. I can't wait for my deposit to clear so I can close the account. I'm staying away from Wells Fargo and if you're wise you would do the same.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL WELL FARGI BANK I KNOW Ozzy sanches employee doenst care bout customers. Specially for bussiness persong. He just want close 5 minuts earlie and go home. He doesnt care at all bout bussiness accounts I was coming to delosot 20,000 for bussines account 5 minuts to close ozzy sancges said its too late he got closed cant attend. Ge told me comeback other day. He ness up all my bussiness trnsacion but all guys from this branch have same bad actitud.

I have to go to this bank almost every day for work related reasons. The staff is very helpful, but the location itself SMELLS TERRIBLE!!! You walk in and it smells like it’s on top of a sewage plant. Very disgusting and it’s been like this for months. Apparently the employees have no idea what it is, so I highly doubt the issue will ever get resolved.

Worst customer service I have ever had at Wells Fargo. Simple put go to another branch.

This bank is trash horrible service. Always close early. Tellers are rude. Bank manager on his phone try’s to look busy. Highly recommend the company to evaluate the branch

I hate this location ,afraid to dep. money auto dep. always problem new bills .then dep cash and told her to make sure she put in checking ,check my acc today and it was in sevings ,I had outgoing dep. thank od I cheek my acc and had to transfer beck to checking.will never go there again
