This branch is very very busy and critically understaffed. But the gentleman who is security guard and Eric S. And the rest of his team are such diligent workers. After we got the run around from corporate Eric let us call them from one of the branch phones then we waited for 45 minutes on hold after making the call and getting to an CSA in less than 5 minutes on 3 previous occasions in the preceding hour. Once we were off hold, I was able to get Eric's attention from his line of about 5 people and he was over to help resolve our issue!! Thank you so much Eric
Every time I come to this location I’m very unsatisfied. There’s always one person in the front. The one teller. All the office staff stays in there office when it’s too busy. If there’s not anyone in the seating area they’re not willing to help anyone else in the bank. When the tellers notice it’s empty and only a few people in line they will leave & go to the bank leaving only one teller to take care of 2-3 customers. I usually come to the bank for my hour lunch break. If i come to this location , it will take the entire hour just to deposit money with a teller.
There's a line out the door during the lunch hour and only one teller open. Working people need time to eat lunch too. Ridiculous.
I have had documents notarized here many time. Today I went in and was told they could not notarize my documents because I didn’t have an account. If I was able to do this before and now I’m not seems discriminatory when I go to another BOA location and they are able to notarize it. To be a public notary she need’s to understand the term ‘PUBLIC’ if I was Hispanic I’m sure I would have gotten better assistance
Disgusting treatment by manager Jaime esquivel. I came in for a card replacement. Waited over 1.5 hrs just to hear from the manager that apparently only by appointment customers will be helped. What is the purpose of a bank if it doesn’t serve its customers. I’m disgusted by this as I I already missed an hour from work. Bank of America do better. This location has way too many customers for 2 tellers. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered and the professionalism of the manager and staff at this location deserves to get replace by more capable, courteous and customer service friendly personnel. I will be calling corporate on this. I don’t see a reason of having a bank account with BOA if I can’t get my needs satisfied.
The location is great and the tellers are super friendly. The biggest issue is how long it takes to get through the line to make a deposit. There are six windows and one teller during lunch hours. It’s similar to Walmart with all the check out lines and no one to work the register. It’s a great location, but the amount of time spent in line waiting needs to improve.
Andrea Garcia “helped” me open a checkings account with them November 2019! After one week my account was CLOSED and I was not notified at all! I called their corporate number and was told that my account was closed without reason and that the money I deposited into my account would be sent via check to my home! This is a true inconvenience. I’ve never had anything like this happen to me!! I will NEVER do business with Bank of America AGAIN! I am disgusted at the way I was treated!!!!!!!
Unbelievable! Walked in at noon; 5 people ahead of me in line, 8 behind me; only 1 teller! Why would there be only 1 teller at an obvious busy time? The building smells even through a mask like an old, musty Building. There was no apology for long wait time!
I usually don't write reviews but what happened at this location this morning was a joke. I walked in and waited on line until it was my turn. I was already running late to open my business. I asked the lady for change and I told he I had my business account with you. She couldn't find my account and took her forever to tell me that she was trying to locate my account. She wasn't nice, she wasn't friendly, and she never smiled. She acted like she didn't want to be there. After agreeing on giving me change, I told her that I need to exchange small bills for large ones. She asked for my id!!! Why in the world she asks someone for the id if they're getting change. Anyway, after I handed her my id she said she wasn't able to exchange my money. She wasted 5 minutes of my time to tell me that. I wasn't happy, so she points at the manager and ask me to speak to her. Here's the worse part. This manager that goes by the name Sarah treated me like I was asking her for money. It took her for ever to locate my account by the name of the business. Finally, she was going to give me the change. When I asked her for the exchange, she ask if that was for the business or personal. I told her for the business, but it doesn't even matter what I'm going to do with it. Then she rolled her eyes and asked me to show her my debit card. I told her I have business account with you and I showed my personal major credit card but she still refuse to exchange my money. I'm going to call her boss and tell him about everything. I'm the customer and should have been treated butter. This branch is a joke and those people should not be working at a bank. I would recommend walmart.
I usually go here on Saturday for my banking needs which is a wonderful option to have as I am unable to make it to a bank during the week. The teller has been very helpful, competent and friendly each time. 5-star service!
