Talk about bad service. One of the bankers here, dont know her name, is extremely rude. I went in today to get a document signed with a notary. They told me I would wait in line, not an issue. We waited 30 minutes just to be asked, how many signatures we would need for the notary. I told her 3 and she said well... that could take awhile so, I'm going to skip you and help this other person. I am a notary myself and know that this would literally only take 2 minutes of her time. Because of this rude incounter, I have decided to pull all of my investments and cash out of my accounts and find a company who actually cares for there customers. I'm very disappointed in this branch. Hopefully they get better bankers in the near future.
Patiently waited for about 30 minutes. Associate bankers never spoke or acknowledged me. Continued to wait after a customer left one particular banker. The associate never greeted me, never asked if he could assist with anything or even bothered to say I'm currently working on finishing up something I'll be with you momentarily which at the time he seemed to be available, either way it was totally rude and unprofessional service.
Worst Wells Fargo I have ever been to. I have lived next to this branch for 5 years and continue to get the worst customer service I have received ever. Do not waste your time. The management clearly does not have a handle on their staff or procedures. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the nearest other one.
Do not go to this branch. I made a deposit was $600 cash return to me. The teller gave me my identification and debit card back with the receipt with no cash money. I had to go into the bank for the teller to say we're sorry it was a mistake. I has to talk to the manager who was giggling the whole time saying we're sorry for your inconvenience. Most unprofessional people/bankers I have ever dealt with. Do not go to this branch
06/25/2012 I opened a checking account here with the bank manager and he decided to setup a savings account with "save as you go" attached without my permission and without telling me. It didn't even show the account online until 3 months later. Meanwhile it just siphoned money from me to what seemed like a void. It took them a year to honor my request to close the savings account. If you're into having fraud committed against you then this is the place... To his credit, he was very friendly while he screwed me over.
DO NOT GO TO THIS WELLS FARGO. Within the past three weeks I have been overdrafted three times for things that were not my fault. After the most recent incident and being tired of waiting on the 1800 line I decided to go inside this particular Wells Fargo. I was trying to explain my issue and the bank teller was extremely rude, I was getting a little frustrated because it seemed like she was not hearing anything I was saying. As I was asking questions she proceeded to tell me I needed to "take a breather and calm down" who says that to a costumer who is obviously simply confused and just has questions?? Well then she proceeded to tell me that I in fact had seemed to have problems with over drafting in the past and that she could not help me with that proving she hadnt been listening. I began to tear up from frustration and her lack of willingness to help and then she proceeded to tell me "If you do not understand what I am saying to you then maybe you should just call the 1800 number." Needless to say I left humiliated and will never return. She was so unbelievably rude, but I did "take her advice" and called the 1800 number and talked to the most pleasant person who resolved the problem and answered all of my questions. Not to mention every other teller in there witness her unwillingness to help and decided to just simply stare stupefied and not try and help.
The branch manager of this bank is completely useless and inept. Customer service at this branch is completely absent. It is no wonder customers are leaving Wells Fargo by the thousands. I would not even leave one star except the website will not let you post without it.
Awesome customer service from advisor Emmanuel! Needed a new account & he got it all done seamlessly & clarity on my options. I live close to Cotswolds but this will be my first stop over them going forward! Thanks again Emmanuel!
Had two unpleasant times at this location and they should probably higher they're character credentials. Heard a banker named Ronda talking behind my back when I was walking out.
Opened up a business account at this location. Lauren Williams, the banker I worked with, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
