Nice bank in the Upland/Ontario border. It's patience inside and has wide drive-thru atms. It's also near other Banks like Citibank and Chase in the same plaza. Very convenient place to banking. Lots of good parking as well.
Very Professional Bank. The bank teller Sandra was very kind and professional. I appreciate the outstanding help and showing interest in helping me get what I need. Most banks are not as helpful and have no interest in helping someone with their needs. There are very few and I make sure to show appreciation to those that do. Your bank and tellers are appreciated . I highly recommend this Branch
It’s a good bank just poor management decision’s to only keep three tellers open on such a very busy day, they know there are seniors who receive payment and also other government payment income so why so little help?
Uneducated vice branch manager Isaura Estrada! She does not know what Power of Attorney on my account means! Which I have had on my accounts for years! It is a legal document, signed and notarized giving me power of attorney over another person on my accounts!! But according to her I cannot cash checks even with my POA. Wrong! Don’t come to this branch of Bank of America because they don’t know what they are doing! Filed a complaint against her with corporate. Maybe they can teach her!
This is the worst bank ever. Do not come here. They are so slow. They only have about 3 tellers. They are so bad at communicating. I have a savings account and they keep charging me a monthly fee when they are not supposed to. Not only that but I PERSONALLY went with my friend to the bank to BLOCK his ex wife from using his credit cards because she was abusing the use of them. The manager told us she would BLOCK her from the credit cards. We get a statement and she is STILL using the cards. We go back to the bank and they say that it’s OUR responsibility to pay all the charges she’s putting in when we WENT AND WE SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND SHE CONFIRMED SHE WOULD BLOCK THE EX WIFE. All they could tell us was that there was a misunderstanding and that it’s not their responsibility. It IS. The bank messed up and did NOT block the person they were instructed to block failing to protect their Customers. I’m sick of this bank. I’m moving to chase.

Everytime ive come in here the tellers try to pressure me into ppening a credit card. Today i went in , im having account troubles, to do a withdraw and i was told i couldnt and the lied about a check with my fumds being sent monday. I called bofa help number they told me that wasnt true so i went to the other bofa and they assisted me
Typical Bank of America, they couldn't care less about customer service. 14 windows 2 tellers working. Long lines no tellers working but of course 4 people opening new accounts.... I Hate doing business with bank of of America on ANY level.
I love to go out of my way to this boa because this one really makes me feel at home! The pleasent staff is always smiling and I can't say enough about the fine ladiestellers that put up with me! They are so nice, curtious, well spoken and super fast! I rather drive 5miles out of my way just to go to this boa! Thanks so much leanna, sandra, Gloria, Angie, and Sierra!
