City Bank

Once again a bank that refuses to speak to its customers on the phone but happy for you to send all your info over social media. If you want to do business on the phone you must do it with India. Checkout the post on IG @leddy39

Worst customer service. Cancelled temporary cards without informing their customers. Not everyone wants to carry around cash. Ridiculous to wait 3-5 days for a card and not offer temporary ones.

Dont Discriminate! I had a wire transfer from my lawyer..Citi Bank held the transfer for 2 days then they released it. I went to make a withdrawal and the Bank manager wouldn't approve it. She said it was a new policy to hold it for another 2 days while they await a email from somewhere. I called corporate and they said there is no such policy.

I had no problem at all. Friday night and we were in and out in no time.

I switched from Chase to Citi becasue I heard good reviews. That was a mistake... I deposited my payroll check and all they released to me was $10.00! I had a family emergency come up and they did NOTHING to help me with making MY money available. As a customer this is very upsetting. Customer service said one thing and the horrific Upland branch said another. I felt as thought they don't care about me as a customer. As soon as my money clears I am so done with this joke of a bank! Thanks for nothing.

I came to the branch with an offer of frequent flier miles if I opened a checking/savings account with minimum balance. At the branch my banker, Ninna, asked if I fly much. When I said not really, she informed me of another cash offer which I decided was better for me. She then searched for another offer on top of the first - referring a new customer possible since my wife and I were both opening separate savings accounts, with my wife's opened first she could then refer me.... My experience at this branch has been very positive, the only issue is the distance from where I live - it would be nice if Citi had more branches.

THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. BRENDA M is worst employee there. never open an account here.I asked her to please cash my check as I didn't know there were two lines one for customers and one for non customers. When I asked Brenda to please cash check this time she told No if you want it cashed you need to go over to the other Line. They are so rude. Makes non bank customer wait an extra long time in a seperate line . They call every person from the client line first. NEVER EVER EVER BANK AT CITI BANK. WORST BANK EVER. Customer service stinks. Brenda M needs some classes on how to treat clients.she works at the one in Upland Ca

Tellers are great. But the ever shrinking hours 10am to 4pm and consistently long lines wrapping around the building making going to Citibank in general unpleasant.

They need to have more than one bankers to help you there is literally one person who can everyone at one time. I've waited for 20 min and someone else got sat before me when I put my name down first. Never come here!!

Citibank is the worsr bank ever... all of them.. the whole company is rediculous... what kinda bank DOESNT CASH THEIR OWN CHECKS! Customer services doesnt know anything either. Please go somewhere else
