Hire more people to work here. There are 2 atm's and only 2 tellers. Not everything can be done online.

First time here! Horrible customer service and the manager was dishonest and very rude. I would give zero or less.

Manager here is very rude and is very dishonest. told me various different things within two weeks on an issue. would never recommend this location to anyone

This is the worst Bank of America location I ever seen There is no professionalism over here, customer service sucks. I will try to never go there again.

Bad for this filial no profesional

This bank closes at four during the week. Super useful hours. Now those TD Bank North commercials make sense. I got here just prior to closing thank goodness to get a replacement debit card. I've been waiting for fifteen minutes now. They're closed, how busy could they be?

Saturday morning. 22 people in line. 2 tellers. Nuff said. Update -2nd teller takes 2-3 people and puts up close sign. 10mins later takes 2-3 people and repeats.

Unreal. Current status. One teller. Line out the door. Another teller comes up to help the one teller, sees the line and walks away? And one rude woman greeter that basically told us 'too bad we have to wait'. Never again.
