Place is a joke I stopped going here I nomaly go all the way to winthrop just to avoid the place but since Covid they shuttered the lobby so back to furlong drive nothing has changed no two tellers are the same what's ok today isn't ok tomorrow .Arthur Kennedy

I usually always use this bank to cash checks even though I have no account and they are usually always courteous and nice. But today they're hours were supposed to be until 5 pm but I went there right before 4 pm and they were already closed . With absolutely no notice or sign explaining why .

Worst customer service ever! I waited in line way too long and when I finally got to the counter the woman who greeted me was rude and tried to rush me through the transaction and actually tried to short change me $10!
