The tellers were nice, but the manager ? wasn't helpful. Wouldn't cash a BANK OF AMERICA check. Said they couldn't verify it. Well, I took it to another branch and they verified it no problem. Frustrating experience.
They closed early today with staff just walking around telling people they couldn't come in. Their hours rarely reflects their actual hours of operations. Thank god I'm moving out of the area so I dont have to bank with these abhorrently lazy staff.
Incredible rude staff including the manager doesn't even look at when you talk her as well as ignores you. I don't know if I did something to rub her the wrong way but I should not have been treated that way. I will not be going back to this branch.
Won't even answer their phone so I can find out if there's any agents there to assist me in check cashing situation
