They take care of me like family. So much as to whenever I've called there on the phone NOBODY answers. I've walked in there with my cellphone as it's just ringing and ringing. 10 employees were there, 8 of them not helping anyone, two of them just shooting the sheet. That's the best way I can put it.
Worst customer service ever, came to find out they shut there coin machine after calling them... a whole 30 mins early.. girl on the phone was rude.. non apologetic... seriously... who are you guys hiring for this company anyways!
Fired an employee for helping a customer. What a lousy bank. Don't do business with this company.
Very bad customer service 07/07/2016
On hold for 25 minutes just to find out if a notary was available. Finally someone picked up the phone. My hopes soared when I heard talking in the background. Then they hung up on me.
