If unprofessional was a person it would definitely be ladies at Baptist Minor Medical. Besides the fact they want u to wear a mask but didn't have any to pass out. Second I arrived at 12pm for a drug test as you can see absolutely noone but me and another guy was in there and he had already been seen" he said had been waiting an hour and 30 mintues... They were laughing and playing behind the glass but noone was taking care of the people in the lobby....after a 43 minute still Noone called me to the back.... and the man who was waiting was finally call to the back but he came back out and sat back down.if you can go to another location do your self a favor and do that....

If you don’t have anything to do with your day GO AHEAD. If so, I wouldn’t advise it. Worst place you can go within 2 states. I came in at 2:50 to an empty lobby for a drug screen. Literally 1 person ahead of me. At 3:50 I asked for my form back because I had been there a whole entire hour. No movement, no nothing. Just sitting …. I guess the workers are paid to sit around and snack and watch NETFLIX!!!

I see why they have a 2 star rating! I took my son in with a pretty bad cut to his thumb. When I entered the facility I asked the front desk clerk for a mask. The first time she ignored me and I asked again, this time she made me get in line as handed another lady a mask. She was being difficult for no reason. I called and left a message for her supervisor. I wish I knew her name so I could call her out personally. It’s disappointing when you have mean spirited people working in healthcare. I left the facility and took my son to RedMed in Olive Branch. I was greeted as soon I walked in. I asked for a mask and she handed me one without hesitation. Baptist, train your employees on how to treat patients. 2 stars says a lot!

This place is absolute garbage. Employees are super unprofessional and have no since of time management or customer service another example of why Memphis is rated one one of the worst places to live. I had made an appointment for two pm I was called and told to come early two hours early where I would be seen promptly then drove 35 mins from military base to said early appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by a nurse who was yelling at secretary that I shouldn't have been called and that it was a four hour wait. Then walked off. So I was like that's two hours past my said appointment which I was told to be early for and the response I was given was sorry our bad ... Do not recommend anyone going to this trash establishment in the future no wonder it is rated 2.1 out of five stars.

Let me say this! Ms.Rosa and Ms.V are the ones you need to see! They are not like your regular care team they go over and beyond! After other doctors and nurses have been not trying to take care of me like they did! I don't know them personal but I felt safe with these two! The deserve all the flowers in the world!

This place is ridiculous. Horrible. Would give ZERO stars if I could. Refused to see my adult son who had fainted. Said he had to go to the hospital. After our 6 hour wait he is sent home with no problems found. Thanks for the hospital bill. Maybe I'll send it to them. And according to the hospital they should have at least checked him out and they have done this more than once. Do not go see them. Waste of time and money.

Time to open but elderly standing out in the elements just for the lady with the faux pony tail feel me aggressively say “I’m not letting you in until I get a PROVIDER”. Now you rate this mess. Take notice to mold in the vents in the lobby . The rooms haven’t been THOROUGHLY cleaned look at baseboards , seats, walls, ect. . This is a great place to get more sick. Why have a clean pen cup and used pen cup? They move the used pens over to clean cup without doing anything to them. Just know, the “leaving -the- folks -outside” part really upset me the most. The lack of compassion is scary especially when it comes from Healthcare providers/ institutions Watching this lady spray a whole can of SURFACE disinfectant spray IN THE AIR let’s me know they’re on edge but it is a SURFACE spray.

We came in today and the visit was great! Jaydin took care of my sons ear very well! It was stopped up and she cleaned it very well! Thank you to ALL the ladies in the office today. Great Job Ladies

Dr.Valdez is kind and efficient. The nurses are kind too. I’ve been here over ten times and always gotten the best of care.

Went for a pre-employment drug screening. Ended up in waiting area for over an hour! If you have the option, go to any other location! Staff showed no sense of urgency. They think little of your time.
