They saved my son - how much more can I ask? Yes, some delay, weird visitation rules, somewhat crowded ... but my son had complex pelvis surgery and arm pretty much re-assembled after road accident, and that was done by all standards based on the results. Recovery care is very good, lots of attention, professional attitude, responsive. Thank you very much doctors for what you do.
Worst hospital I have been in and that includes hospitals in third world countries I have visited. Extremely dirty. No communication between staff and patient. Supervisor wants to argue her case while I'm voicing my complaints. My loved one is here in critical care and there's no care at all. Nurse is no where to be found! Occupational therapist left him in a chair without restrains and he has a head injury! I shudder to think what would happen if I hadn't been there. Can't wait to leave. Extremely slow and nurses hardly come to care for him. Do NOT come here! I pray we get out soon and never come back!
I feel that people who complain so much doesn't realize the hard work this nurses and doctors have..Elvis Presley name on this hospital amazed me..Elvis Faith was so strong and he gave so much spiritually, that I believe was God's sent for this hospital to be named Elvis Presley..so many have been healed! I will give a 5 because of so many negativity reviews that should appreciate the work this doctors do! Stop the negativity..stop worrying about how clean, ect..I hope and pray the people where saved and went home..as Elvis would have said..God bless you!
Saved my boyfriend life. The nurses in trama icu are amazing. Ms. Robbie the cleaning lady was always on point. 10 stars to them all.
Hospital full of MRSA and they will lie to you about it. If they would actually clean I bet their infection rate would go down. I have never seen such a disgusting hospital in my life. I wouldn’t take my worst enemy here but we unfortunately had no choice after a severe car accident. My mother is back in the hospital at home in a CLEAN environment! fighting lasting effects from this germ pit. Please, if you’re able, stay away! Tennessee should be ashamed.
Been waiting 10 hours for traumatic hand surgery. Stuck in a room with a bunch of loud strangers and I'm not being told when or if I'll recieve treatment.
I wouldn't suggest anyone to go there because it took us a whole day to get a MRI. We were there since 11:00 am and finally got to the MRI room at 12:00 pm the next day. I think that it is just ridiculous waiting for a MRI for that long. It took me 2 days to know what was going on with my loved one. I had no choice other than staying there because we almost made it till the end and didn't want to start all over again by going to a different hospital. I am never going there again. If you are looking for a place where people care about you then this is not the place you would like to go. So, Please Stay Away From Regional One.
The change from the med" didn't work. I went there after. After being in a car wreck. First the amount of nurses and drs standing around laughing and talking loud was unreal. Sounded like a "party".
Came to ER with my son with a broken leg at 7pm and at 11pm he is still in the waiting room with the staff telling him it will be a long while before they see him. Will not let any family member in to set with him makes us sit outside. Not a fan of this place at all. If we ever get out of here will not be back. His leg has swollen twice the size as it was since he got here.
Worst experience! I had a serious issue but after 2 seconds of examining, I was told you are fine. Didn’t pay attention to my suffering instead, had to wait for hours.
