Bar Max

Bar Max was a really cool bar we stopped into after grabbing tacos one night. I loved all the plants around! Kept it feeling cozy. They had large variety of nonalcoholic cocktails which was nice. Not something a lot of places have. I had a regular margarita, & it was pretty good! My friend had the lavender menace. It was similar to a lavender lemonade. She loved it! Staff was great & attentive. They had some cool little games on all the tables which was unique.

Super dope place with relaxed vibe. Real candle light on the table. Good music. The fancy grilled cheese with prosciutto was bombbb and delicious. The owner is super tight. Each drink has its own style of glass. The gin and tonic was superb. The widows kiss was not on the menu but they can whip up what you desire. My friend loves the spicy drink section. The latest happy hour around until 7pm on every day they’re open Thursday/Friday/Saturday. If you love plants get here cuz they’d love your love. There is also a very unique cool toy on every table!!! Come here.

A perfect sport for date night! Bar Max is cozy, warm, and intimate. The staff are knowledgeable and take pride in what they serve. The space is tastefully decorated and feels welcoming. Lots of drinks to explore!

What an incredible bar. The drinks are fantastic. If you get a chance, see if Marshall can make you a drink. He is the owner and a great conversationalist. I highly recommend this cocktail bar.

Great prices and atmosphere. The owner Mr. Max and the cocktail specialist Zulma were fantastic. This is my goto cocktail lounge. Their palettes are exquisite.

Simple yet stylish spot. Bar Max is a gem of a bar with a great cocktail menu. This sweet spot has the feel of a nice little escape and those tend to be my favorite kind of bars. I hope they continue pop ups like their recent hummus pop up which was fantastic. Already look forward to exploring more of the menu soon!

I love Bar Max! The light, airy space filled with plants is a refreshing change from many bars, and the vibe is fabulous. My favorite drinks so far are the chocolate espresso martini and the amazingly refreshing Sparkleberry. So many more delicious cocktails yet to try!

Found this bar while walking to the botanical gardens. Great find! The cocktails are really good. The happy hour goes 4-7pm. Had the Hopelessly Sinister cocktail because I love scotch. Glad I got it. Bartender was super nice. Not a pretentious place at all. Will be back for sure.

Ive tried stopping in here several times. First time was my bad, didn't look up the hours. Second time there was a sign in the door that the person who was working cut their hand and had to close, third time was a Friday evening and there was no note on the door this time, they just weren't open. Don't fall for the trendy videos on Instagram like we did.
