Dr. Stevens made us feel like we were the center of her care. She listens and explains everything very well. She shows empathy and compassion. I strongly recommend her.

We love the staff at Dr. Stevens office, the care, professionalism displayed by Ms. Lisa, Nurse Denise AKA “Angel Hands” and PA Cousins is exceptional. Dr. Stevens takes pride and care to give her best to her patients and listens to what you have to say and your concerns. My son feels comfortable going to her office every single time.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. I highly recommend Dr stevens. We had issues with our infants and felt really well taken care of with this office. They always make you feel listen to and heard and take time to hear all your address all your concerns. Lindsay is amazing and was able to get my 2-year-old toddler to have a flu shot without any tears which was just unprecedented. The office staff are all really friendly and supportive and remember us from visit to visit. Every visit I feel respected and listen to and they take the time to talk through all the issues or concerns you have no matter how silly they may seem.

Dr Barbara is a wonderful and fun pediatrician for my daughter. We moved to the US and was our first pediatrician and very courteous, through and explained everything in layman's terms that we understood. She never rushed us and really was very fun filled visit. The nurse as well as the clinic team were all friendly. Thank you!

Both of my children see Dr. Stevens. We've been using the practice since 2012. I think it's important to understand the differences betweenDr. Stevens and some of the larger pediatric practices going in. This is a small practice with just Dr. Stevens and a Nurse Practitioner. They do not have all of the long, flexible hours, weekend availability, nurse advice lines and some of the other "perks" of really large practices. That said, Dr. Stevens REALLY knows my kids. She remembers us, remembers lots of details and spends a lot of time with us in appointments answering questions and sharing information. She also attends conferences and stays up to date on important issues. We've had to navigate resources related to both mental health and special needs and she's been incredibly helpful. Her generosity with her time with her patients sometimes means there can be longer wait times before an appointment. As a working parent this can be challenging, but I find it well worth it for the quality of care and follow up that we receive. We can almost always get in for a sick appointment or something that comes up. There have very occasionally been times where we couldn't but honestly, we have tons of urgent cares in our network and I'd rather balance the occasional use of Urgent Care with a doctor who really knows and cares about my family. The rest of the small office staff, including Lisa the receptionist who has been there for years and years, are also wonderful. It's important to think about your needs and priorities when picking a practice, but we love Dr. Stevens.

Dr. Stevens is an incredibly caring and attentive pediatrician. I am constantly impressed with the amount of time she sets aside for individual appointments. As a patient, you never feel rushed. She takes her time in the exam room and provides parents ample opportunities to ask questions and express concerns. There's no doubt that her care and expertise have improved my children's well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Stevens.

Dr Stevens really is an amazing doctor. After a first visit, I was very impressed with how attentive, knowledgeable and caring she is. She does have the kid's best interest at heart and takes the time to be informative and educate the caretakers on the situation. I highly recommend her!

My eldest child is 4+, and we met with Dr. Stevens before she was born as an 'interview' appointment. She had been recommended to us by my husband's PCP who uses her for his own child. We were anxious, first-time parents and initially found the many visits overwhelming and nerve-wracking. However, in time as we settled into parenting and the relationship that was growing with the doctor, we came to see that she is a great doctor who takes time when needed to explain things or listen to questions. We now have 3 children and all of them love to go to see her. Dr. Stevens is very warm, very personable and cheery, and seems to genuinely care about her patients. We moved 10 miles west, to Vienna, but have stuck with her because we like the relationship and we think she has excellent clinical skills. I particularly chose her because we like the small, personable practice. Since she is a solo-practitioner, we sometimes end up waiting awhile if someone ahead of us is presenting with a complicated problem. But we have been that patient before, and we see it as part of the deal with a solo doc. Having one doc throughout our kids' many visits to the doctor is so helpful to really come to know the child and the family. We would recommend her highly and we do! to our friends.

Fantastic pediatrician! My kids were patients of Dr. Stevens during the three years that we lived in Arlington. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, caring and always took the time to address any concerns that we had. My kids were always comfortable and at ease during visits. You won’t find a better pediatrician in the DMV! Oh, and Lisa at the front desk was always super helpful too.

The office of Dr. Stevens is very clean, staff is friendly and courteous, waiting tine is very little. The Doctor takes the time to listen and to explain every detail. I would highly recommend Dr. Stevens office to parents with kids.
