Wish there was a way to give 0 stars. I worked there for 1 day. 1 day was all it took for me to tuck my tail and run out of that place without ever looking back. Hostile, senile, demeaning atmosphere. Stay away at all costs! You've been warned!
Given the current state with COVID, excellent credit and perfect history with the bank, they customer service is sub par. True colors come through at times like this.
Terrible customer service! I had to set up auto payment three separate times because they were not withdrawing my payments and the third time I had to call about late fees they wouldn’t take them off!! I wish I didn’t need jet blue miles.
