Bareburger

The best burger I had in New York in 6 years living here, I couldn’t believe it was vegan. Impossible Standards that what it was called. Loved interior design of the place with a funny animal portraits. It was quick and tasty. Will definitely come again with friends.

Had a great experience at Bareburger! The staff here are all super friendly and very attentive. I love that this place has options for anyone eating a specific diet such as vegan or just your typical omnivore. I had the sweet dream which was loaded with fresh veggies and the sweet potato patty was delicious. Get the fried pickles for an appetizer. I split a milkshake and burger with a friend. We didn't even have to ask and the waitstaff split the burger and shake into 2 glasses for us.

I chose this place because it has some vegan options. I wanted a classic American dinner atmosphere and I think I kinda found it there. Food was OK, and cheap. Music was nice, and the whole atmosphere was pleasant. Waitresses were really friendly and nice.Food: 4/5

Great service and great burgers! I was so surprised how quickly they made our food but everything was delicious. The sweet potato fries were great and even the meatless burger my girlfriend got tasted pretty good, which is impressive!

Oh I been wanting to try a Bison Burger for a while now and not much places in NYC have them. So I decided to try this place and glad I did. It was amazing. It tasted so good and you can taste the smokeyness in the burger which I loved. The sweet potato fries were also delicious. They also have a like a create your own burger option where you choose the bun, Type of meat and add on which I would try next time. I do love when menus have a customizable option. I walked to central Park to eat it which is like 2 blocks away and after eating. It was so filling, I had to sit for a while and just relax lol. Will definitely be going back again soon.

Eco-conscious burger joint with great vegan and organic options along with bison burgers and shakes. They also have great happy hour deals on drinks. The food itself was just not that good not even considering the price. Maybe they need to use different seasonings or oil, idk. It was bland. All I know is I have had much better impossible burgers and my friend agreed with his bacon burger. The impossible nuggets were solid — cooked crispy with chipotle ranch and garlic aioli sauces.

Burgers were delicious. Everything is organic and came out tasty. Sweet potato fries were good also. Had the Wrangler Bison Burger which I recommend. Wife had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich which was delicious…

Fantastic burgers in a great environment. Onion rings are great! My wife's veggie burger was surprisingly good. Wish we had tried the sweet fries.

So after much deliberation of what to have, myself and my friend decided that a traditional American burger would be the best way to end our week. As it turns out this burger was, average at best. Now I understand it’s NYC but 80$ including tip for two burgers and two beers is extortionate. The burger meat was far too dence and so the flavour was more cheap meat than of high quality burger. I won’t be coming back. Luckily the Guinness at rumours is great so my night has been pretty decent!!
