I have been seeing Jackie for the last 7 years for Brazilian waxes; I followed her while she moved between 3 places and has now found a permanent place on Pine Haven--my favorite place by far! It is inviting, very COVID-safe, and it is extremely clear that Jackie thinks deeply about the energy of the space. Throughout the years, Jackie has actively learned more about the art of aesthetics and incorporates more and more interesting, creative, and new things into her practice! I had never heard of "sugaring" besides with maple trees but Jackie's passion for aesthetics is crystal clear because she actively seeks out different methods for all her services and masters them, such as sugaring! Though Jackie has such a flawless baseline of skill and expertise when it comes to her services, she is flexible and adds more to her repertoire of knowledge--it's so cool to see her knowledge base expand all these years! I will only go to Jackie for a myriad of reasons but of note, her demeanor can make anyone feel safe and comfortable, her knowledge makes all feel as though they are in good hands, and her flexibility/adaptability reflects her knowledge and skill level. Jackie is fantastic! She makes the whole waxing experience so comfortable and even relaxing. The space is cute, with nice decor and music playing. Jackie is very friendly, obviously educated and professional, but most importantly her process is exceptionally sanitary. She’ll never “double dip”. She used both hard and strip wax depending on the area which I really respect. The best experience I’ve had! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I have used Jackie's waxing services during my four years at Saint Mike's. She has always done a wonderful job. I have gone to one other day spa in the area for waxing which was a good experience. But, haven't been back in years. I booked with Jackie based on all of her wonderful reviews, and she totally blew me away with her professionalism, and kindness!
