Be very cautious going here, I got my IUD placed here 3 years ago, during which it was an uncomfortable and painful process. I have received no follow up or communication from the office since. After contacting them myself for a replacement, I waited two months for them to incorrectly process my insurance and was told I would be gotten in contact with to schedule an appointment to change IUDs. Two months later I have had no follow through on the appointment, only that she did my pap smear wrong and I would have to get it done again. This week after requesting a switch in offices I was told that I could have the minimum wait of a week for my records to transfer to another Dr.s office. In short, staff was frequently dismissive, very minimal follow through, and provided a very awkward and uncomfortable experience for any gyno related procedure.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nancy Carlson for GYN for many years, and my 2 daughter’s have as well. We are all very happy with Dr. Carlson who is a very professional doctor, and is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful in her treatment plans. I have also used her for many cosmetic procedures and have had excellent outcomes. I highly recommend Dr. Carlson and Lumina Med Spa. 5

Dr. Nancy Carlson is a knowledgeable and caring gynecologist and I have gone to her for years. Recently, I have been also going to her for cosmetic services and she and the other aestheticians at Lumina are the gold standard. They keep on top of the latest and greatest in the industry and can be trusted for all of your aesthetic procedures.

I went to lumina to see Kristen Parker for hair removal. She is very easy to work with and makes you feel super comfortable. I highly recommend Kristen, as I’ve followed her around from other facilities because she is excellent. Nancy Carlson is also fantastic. I’d recommend both of these ladies. You won’t be disappointed!

Jasmine, their laser technician is fantastic. She's very passionate of her work and very comforting. The staff are very welcoming and the office is very neat!

I have received a few treatments from Nancy. The treatments were handled well, explained thoroughly and the outcome, fabulous.

Extremely poor customer service. I showed up at my appt time to be told that the office manager should have called and told me that the appt had been canceled. I took the day off work to be told there is nothing we can do. No appology either. "I don't know what to say" is what I was told. Be cautious with this place.

I have been going here for a little less than a decade and have never had a bad experience. Nancy Carlson is very good at what she does; experienced, professional and friendly.
