Knowledgeable and curtious even to my limited knowledge of specific firearms. It IS a gun centered pawn shop though that mainly deals with pre-owned firearms. Thing is they may be willing to work with you on pricing, which is fairly affordable regardless.
They have 3 stars for a reasons Walking in your gonna get starred down for 5 mins as if they want to ask ""You in the right place ?!"" Then once they see you in there for business matter the ego and incompetence hits you like a freight train. An please don't think they are there to help know what you need or get lost
We HIGHLY recommend this business to all of our family and friends. Dallas is a Gentleman and a Scholar. Traits rarely seen these days in customer service. Thank you Bargain Pawn and thank you Dallas!!
I had a very professional and informative experience. Being a novice at gun purchasing it was extremely important to me that I received all the info I was not sure of. Not only did my sales person Allan know what to say to make me feel comfortable with my purchase he also informed me of a lot of extra info that built my confidence in the knowledge the employees have. I was so pleased I sent my son there to purchase his pistol as well. Due to their quality of service, fair pricing and selection, I plan on future purchases as well as referring others. If you want personal service from professional, knowledgeable people this is the place to go.
I walked into this shop three weeks ago looking to pawn a firearm. The guy I spoke to agreed to $500 for a pawn and that he would honor that price should I come back in the future. I left, did some looking around and decided to come back in today and take the $500. I spoke to the same man and he said the best he could do was $400 and claimed no recollection of our conversation the weeks prior. Seems like a shady way to do business and I would not recommend this place to anybody that wants to pawn or sell a gun.
Best price and selection on used guns. I always check here first. Right now it was Sunday and now fourth of July so they are closed. Having urges to go buy a new gun Instead of waiting, but I'm going to wait.. There is one bad thing that you guys should know about, they don't test the used firearms people are pawning or selling. They do offer a certain day bring the gun back if something is wrong guarantee.
I wasn't impressed at all with this store. The guy who waited on me was a 'do nothing, know nothing' young snot. I was asking about selling my gun. They hated that I knew more about it's value, before I walked in, so they couldn't B.S. me. In the official gun book, my gun is listed for it's condition, at $3500.00. They acted as though my gun wasn't any big deal, even though it is pristine, and not many around in it's same condition. They absolutely insulted me with an offer of $1200.00!!! Of course, I did not sell to them. I will NEVER go to their store again. I will NEVER advise anyone to go to them... ever!!!
I was looking up their address to give to a friend of mine and I saw the negative Google reviews and was very surprised. Since moving to Las Vegas in 2010 I have used them for about a dozen purchases or transfers. I have always found them good to deal with and their prices are fair, and when they have sales, the prices are great. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and I never saw anyone treated poorly. I have been to most of the gun stores and ranges in the city and I keep coming back to BP even though I have to travel a bit. Stephen
Service varies depending on the time of day and day of the week. Friday and Saturdays are very busy days with long wait times. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays are slow days. Prices are good, but can change rapidly because their inventory turns fast. Gun prices very competitive especially at gun shows. They are my place to go for mail order pickups.
I have been a customer here several times, and always got good service, and was treated very well. I always left here happy. Now I am not very happy. I bought a Glock 23 on a Saturday. I asked about night sights, they said they would have to special order them. I called the following Friday, no night sights. I got a call ftom the store Saturday morning the night sights were there, but the gunsmith was off, and they couldnt be installed till Monday. My Daughter dropped off the slide Monday. She went back Tuesday, and was told the gunsmith wasnt there, and the sights were not installed, and he would be in Wednesday. Got a call Wednesday from the gunsmith saying he could not put the sights on because the Glock factory used locktite on the thread and he couldnt take off the old sights because of it. Thats horse dung. Locktite dont make it so the sights cant be replaced. Anyway, he said I could get a refund and go some place else. So, now I have to go deal with getting my money back, and starting over at another gun shop. Not happy here.
