The Manager Alberto, Is such a welcoming person with great help. I recommend asking for him if he is there, I've been there many times and never had service like Alberto!

Every time I come into this location I get amazing service. Everyone is always will to help and are very knowledgeable of all their products and of the items I bring to them. These people are the absolute best .I went in on a Saturday looking for Kesha nesha from Chicago lol because the last time she was so amazing and treated me so great but she was gone .so Joseph took great care of me .he is so helpful honest and so engaging with the customers along with Julie and Adriana...there customer service is amazing and I Also love how they work as a team together..it's like a big family affair...when they say EZ pawn that's what they mean...so definitely the service they provide and there name do line up with each other because Everytime I go my experience is great ...so thanks so much Julie Joseph and Adriana you guys were magnificent Saturday to everyone in the store ..KEYSHA NESHA FROM CHICAGO BE THERE NEXT TIME... but have know fear go everyone is great and do what they can to help you ..

You guys need to train your ppl better in gold. Maybe you don't get that many pieces that are on the high end, but at least teach them about name brand jewelry.
