In response to Mr. James Sands review: Mr. Sands brought us his vehicle on 8/7/2013 & had abandoned the vehicle. It is still on our lot As of 4/3/2018 (almost 5 yrs.) Mr. Sands never paid a dime, not even the tow bill. I have all documentation on hand concerning this matter.
