Barto Appliance

My friend called today w/cc in hand ready to order 2 appliances for our house and lady on other end of line was nasty. We didn't need prices, which are not on their site. We wanted to order. She said she would call back but never did.

Paul saleman sold me a GE120 air condition unit in lieu of 220. When informing him of his mistake he simply refused to accept it. Moreover, he mentioned his company return policy. He acted quite unprofessional when explaining the situation.

Stopped in to check refrigerators and was surprised of the variety and very competitive pricing. I'll sure stop and buy one when I'm ready. Friendly staff too

I have bought my last 3 appliances from Barto and I'm very satisfied. Always on point. They stand behind their products and they will do what is right to keep your business. The box stores can't do it when it comes to price and service.

I've been using Barto"s for appliances for decades. Again they had what I needed in stock. Easy in, easy out!

When no big box stores had/could deliver the washer I wanted, I searched and found Barto's. Within 15 minutes of arriving, my washer was purchased and delivery scheduled. The delivery crew was excellent, too! Next time I need a new appliance, I will go to Barto's first!

Bought a new oven the didn’t work properly. They sent a service man Male Asian to “fix” the issue but he was convinced it was a user error my fault. Even when I replicated the issue he was very rude and disrespectful. I won’t purchase another appliance from Barto because of the poor customer service from this repairman.
