This store has the most helpful staff ever. They have everything you need. I have had an amazing experience every time I have gone there.

I had a pluming issue to resolve a one of my sons house, knowing that a small pluming issue always goes bad. I visited your store showing the man there that asked to help me, he showed exactly what I needed, I completed the job very quickly with no problems. I have been in retail management for almost 50 years ant I don't remember the last time I received such GREAT service. Thank you Bartonville  Hardware, next time I will find myself driving past 3 large hardware giants to repeat that level of service.

Went in today to get some pieces to put a bunk bed together. I was immediately assisted and out of the store quickly!! Very friendly staff!
