Basement Sports Bar & Grill

I’ve been going to the basement for years, including large groups of people. I went there last night around 11pm with a couple of friends and we were told to leave because one person was wearing a tank top. I thought the door man, who looked like a straight up thug, was joking and I laughed. He then stood up and stated you need to leave now! The tank top was not inappropriate in anyway. After feeling threatened by the doorman, I decided to call and complain. While talking to the lady and telling her the situation, she thought it would be a good decision to hang up on me. So I decided to call today and asked to speak to a manager and I was told that there wasn’t a manager there to talk to until Wednesday. I explained the situation to her and her answer was that I should of read the sign on the front door. I’m highly disappointed with the way we were treated and as much as I love their food, I doubt I will ever return. I know I’m just a peon to you, but I can assure you I will tell everyone I know about the customer service or lack of that I received.

We waited over an hour Just to b told the2 gyros we ordered are almost ready, then when almost still didn't come a different waitress appeared saying she told you your order was going to be 45 min wait,we were like no. People had ate and left and we finally got our sandwiches and mines had the sauce on the side and on it wich I had only wanted it on the side so they were only going to take off $2 initially but when I showed our waitress my previous reviews she graciously said she would take the sandwich off and only charge for the4 shots of patron and the 1 Sandwich . Thank goodness for the redemption card she chose at the end. But my questions is why do they treat certain people differently?

Awesome food. Great atmosphere, and impeccable service. Truly the only downside is the parking, which is very limited. Always arrive early for any event or ballgame.

Great vibe, great atmosphere and the bar maids and tenders will never leave ya empty for long or on purpose 👊👊

Great sports bar. Always great games on television and awesome service. Recommend the Philly sand.
