Characters Sports Bar & Grill

This was my first experience at this establishment. We walked in to meet a party here. We had to ask for a drink menu, which you would think would be the first thing they would hand over. Then after ordering, we noticed everyone else getting served before us. We did order specialty drinks, but they were house drink which you would think they would have on hand. Then while waiting we heard the bartenders complaining about the drink we ordered and how long they took to prepare. Which I am sorry to say, but being in the same line of work before you do not complain no matter a dollar beer or a seven dollar drink. It is just bad buisness. While waiting we heard staff talking to each other about thumbs up their asses and how they didn't have anything to keep them busy. Well find something. Maybe that's just me. Then as we came outside to join the party we came here to meet up with, after waiting thirty minutes for our drinks. The fire exit is chained shut, with people smoking everywhere. Huge hazard!!!! Not to mention that there is no ventilation. Which is illegal and makes it hard to breathe. With all this being said, I will not be returning, very disappointed .

Always good good here... Love the all you can eat fish fry and wings are awesome. All good we have ever ordered has been good, cooked to order and served fast!🍻🍻🍻

Good atmosphere, good people, and good drinks. I just need some Hennessy and it'd be a five star for me.

Consistently good food and service. Hard to find these days. The staff operate like a well oiled machine. Nice to see. 😀👍
