Baskin-Robbins

Went here for ice cream just now with my son. He wanted 1 scoop of cookies and cream. The lady said there wasn't any. I asked her again because there was still quite a bit left, easily enough for one scoop. She looked at the same tub as me and said no. It was the weirdest thing, not sure why she didn't want to sell us it. She served the people before us too and seemed very annoyed.

I paid $5.18 for a small waffle cone and one scoop. It was delicious but seems overpriced to me, either way I would still buy another if I was close by and wanted ice cream.

I went to this particular store on May 15, 2022 along with my friends. The customer service was poor. The first sign I noticed was- the male employee he did not acknowledge our presence. He stared coldly at us and responded in a hostile tone when I requested a cone. I indicated my choice of ice cream and refused to get angry, and I did not want to take it personal. Then two new customers arrived, he greeted them with a smile and attended to them nicely. The only difference is, they were white .

Nice little ice cream shop...fantastic ice cream and friendly staff

The ice cream was good but they only had one staff member working and she was taking FOREVER and in the phone the whole time. As they’re trying to keep the social distance, only 4 people can go inside at the time we had to wait outside for over 40 minutes, before us was a group of 4 little girls and the employee spent at least 40 minutes on their order. It was terrible.

Honestly I love Baskin-Robbins, and the workers were very nice and helpful, but someone definitely had them serving old, freezer burnt, ice cream that was disgusting. We ended just trashing it and getting dessert some where else.

It's ice cream. It's good. People are nice.

One of the workers there was so rude, she killed the vibe, we took about 5 minutes deciding what me and my friend wanted, she was so impatient, saying “I don’t have time for this” when it was literally EMPTY INSIDE, she then misheard my friend, and when he corrected her, she then said “I’m not playing games” when she was the one that was wrong. We didn’t even want to get anything anymore; we just did because another worker took over her seeing her unnecessary frustration and attitude towards us.

Had given this location five stars until I came in today on September 6 2017. I came to redeem my coupon for a small cappuccino blast for 2.99. Had started to find my flavor for it and by the time I look up, the lady is handing me the beverage. I say "I haven't told you the ice cream flavor yet". She replies "Oh, I made it with vanilla, you get your flavor next time". I of course left the beverage and her standing there. How dare you tell me what I'm going to pay for and when I state my concern you continue to give me no option. Just "try your flavor next time". I am really pissed because Hurricane Harvey has the traffic bumper to bumper. Took awhile to get here to fix my sugar craving and this happens. I cannot believe I'm leaving out back into traffic with this craving. And I also left my money. $3.25 for my $3.24 ticket.
