This Holcombe location really deserves 0 stars! I’ve been here twice. The first time the young men at the store were rude but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today was our second time and again they were extremely rude!! We ended up walking out the place before it escalated. Never returning again. Please read all the other almost identical reviews as this one. These people really are incredibly rude. EDIT: It seems a lot of these reviews about the poor customer service seem to be ongoing for the past 2-3 years. Goes to show the place doesn’t care and won’t actually hire people that are willing to provide respect and be helpful to their customers. Therefor, if you are management, do not reply to me about “contact customer blah blah blah” because I won’t since it won’t matter enough to you to change the staff anyway.

Lmao, I went after reading the bad reviews because I've taken up the hobby of visiting low reviewed places and it was exactly what I was picturing. Just two dudes hating every minute bangin out online orders and having to throw a cone in between. Great ice cream tho so i feel like even if I couldn't hear them mumbling a single word they deserve an extra star

Customer service is a major concern at this location. Gave two stars as the ice cream quality as always is excellent.

Loved it! Heaven melting on the tip of your tongue. The Marble Slab is a true slice of heaven that sits in your mouth before it trickles down your throat in sheer ecstacy. An experience to be relished on these warm Houston evenings.

Went here yesterday and it was awful. The servers had attitudes and clearly hate their jobs. I will never return to any Marble Slab after this. The one star is based mostly on the terrible attitudes of the two gentlemen working. It would be negative 5 stars to rate the stale ice cream and ice cream cones. Stay Away from this place.

Employees here have lots of attitude. I would really recommend focusing on customer service and proper training for employees.

The only reason I gave this a 1 star is because I had to otherwise I would have given a 0. Horrible customer service. We didn't get greeted and the 3 guys working didn't even acknowledge us. We had to say okay who are we supposed to tell what we want. One of the guys just shrugged his shoulders and said me. Not only did he get our order wrong but when preparing my cone he said everything doesn't fit in a cone and I told him he should have prepared it accordingly. He didn't like that. We paid and left, but before I could even get out of the door my ice cream was melting all over my hands. You can tell that these guys absolutely hate their job.

Server was super rude and couldn’t hear us maybe the music was too loud maybe it was his ear phones Mis leading photos as well

My experience here was awesome. I quickly ordered a vanilla ice cream cone. The only problem was that it was expensive $6.48, but mostly everything is more expensive nowadays.

Should have read the reviews here before going, as many other customers have already mentioned, service is extremely poor and it’s crystal clear that the servers hate their jobs.
