Ice cream is always melted, ordered 2 royale sundaes and the kid gives scoops that were the size of a golf ball, definitely not worth the price I paid. Seems like the owners just hire young untrained kids. Definitely will not return to this location.

Seems like two teens working last night were not trained properly. The cappucinoblast was watery and not cold at all. Ordered two scoops of Jamaoca almond fudge and the guy gives me one scoop of JAF and a scoop of chocolate so random and then he let my banana fall to the bottom of the banana split. Bad experience this time

Went by today for something cool. Not sure what to do but staff was helpful and polite. Ice cream was great as usual.

Got 2 quarts of ice cream that werent the prefilled that weren't filled up enough not even to the line of the container I didnt check them before leaving since I was in a rush make sure you check your quarts
