Friendly staff, samples are offered if you choose to pick some to taste. Very patient and no rush if you are calm and friendly back to them. Answer an experience survey to get a $1 off your next $5 or more purchase.

Love the Jamoca ice cream.   Tasted it for the first time.  The people were very friendly , cheerful and patient with me while I tried to decide what I wanted.  Great location and free parking a major plus.

Only had 14 flavors.  Discontinued macadamia nut.  Staff is excellent.

Usually we have have a pretty good experience but not tonight! The girls working were extremely rude and gave so much attitude. Talked back to me twice.
