IL Gelato Hawaii

I have been to this gelato place twice and when I went the third time, I had to wait long to get my gelato. When I ordered my gelato I wanted a waffle cone, but their waffle machine was broken and i was very disappointed because they should have told me it was broken before i waited in line!

Mint chocolate chip hands down on point!

I continually see these workers not wearing their masks while they serve customers. COVID 19 cases are on the rise again and I do not want to order from this place again with these health violations happening regularly.

this place is great! I got the strawberry chocolate chip and tahitian vanilla recommended by the guy who works there delicious and creamy.

perfect in my sense for the price. it wasnt cold to the teeth but not warmth to straight melting. perfect to a hot day.

This is my go to place to buy quarts of gelato for home and for parties. It's an awesome present for friends and family and the flavor is amazing.

One of the reasons I like going to Kahala Mall is this place. Delicious treats with a friendly service. It is a locally owned business.

Staff Bryana here just ignored me for waiting in line to get some gelato. I wish they have a line start somewhere so that we don't have to wait too long or being ignored.
