Micronesia Imports

Terrible business owner! Of all businesses I have dealt with, I have never encountered such terrible service like I have with Archie. This guy needs to take customer service classes to understand the value of customers and how to deal with customers. Recently ordered 2 cases of Tim Tam cookies and other products. Within days of receiving items, a customer complained and demanded a refund because of the way these chocolates looked. Although it could be "chocolate bloom", anyone who wouldn't understand that would claim it to be mold. It looked disgusting and I wouldn't eat it even if it was still safe. This is already bad for my business. I refunded the customer. When my co-owner brought the matter to Archie's attention, he tells us he will not refund or give us a credit and that we should educate our customers. Without an apology, he tries to lay the blame on the transportation time from the port to my store. Smh. This is not the first incident. As a business owner, either it was your fault or not, you should still take into consideration any complaints from your customers and acknowledge it. My business will no longer do business with Micronesia Imports going forward.

The owner Mr. Archie is great guy. Always helpful. Great products.
