Old owner/worker used to be very helpful (he had long grey hair). The new guy hardly knows English and isn't very helpful.

Terrible customer service, not good at all. Owner has a very hard time understanding english and as the review below states, they indeed only know a couple words, "what?!" Being one of them. These guys couldnt care less about the purchasing customer. Go to Pro J if you want high end gear....
