*doing this review for my boyfriend, he’s not social media savy lol*
He could not stop bragging about the installation of his power pole and the great experience he had at tracker marine. Specifically mentioned Ward’s customer service.
Took his boat in, and installation was completed on time and was such an easy experience.
Also, I think his name was Abe (the mechanic), did a great job servicing the boat and installing the power pole.
My boyfriend LOVES his tracker and he will go to tracker marine for any of his boat needs!

I purchased a new boat at this dealership on March 17. Communication with the dealership was an issue from the day we ordered the boat, so that should have been a clue that more problems would follow. Calling and leaving voicemails and emailing to check the status of the order, get an estimate of when the boat would be ready for pickup, trying to get information regarding the boat and trailer for insurance, etc. resulted in no responses – the only way that we got a response was walking into the store and cornering a salesman. They did not answer the phone or call back one time in response to 5 voicemails or 3 emails, they only called when they had the boat sitting in their shop ready for me to pick up and that call was to establish a time limit that I had to schedule pickup within. When I picked the boat up (after sitting outside of their business office for 15 minutes after my appointment time watching the lady in the office play with her phone the whole time with nobody else in there and constant interruptions with her stopping while we were going through paperwork to read and send text messages) I was told that I would receive permanent registration for the boat and my trailer tag within 15 days, and that the temporary registration for the boat and trailer would expire in 15 days. I did not receive anything within 15 days, waited a couple of days then spent 8 days trying to contact the dealership to find out what was going on before they finally responded (after I contacted Tracker Boats for help and received direct contact information for a manager). They responded stating that they had a personnel issue and would overnight new temporary registration for the boat and trailer the morning of April 10, and that I would receive permanent documents "soon." As of today, I still have not received anything, temporary or permanent. When I query ownership based on the hull number and motor serial number on the TPWD site to see if anything exists in their system, it still shows that nothing exists. The financial institution that financed the boat also has no documentation from TMBC regarding the purchase, and the contract that I signed says that my first payment is due on April 16. Right now, I have a boat that can't legally be on the water on a trailer that can't legally be on the road with documents stating that I own it via a loan through a company that has no record of me taking out the loan sitting in my driveway. If the dealership doesn’t do something to fix the problem fast, I suppose my only option is to leave the boat in their parking lot and walk away, the only problem with that is they already have my down payment in their pocket.
Other than the issues with paperwork and communication and the bottom of the boat being splattered with mud when I picked it up, it's a good boat. I'd buy the boat again, just not here.

"WOW" What a good experience I had taking my 2016 Nitro ZV 18 to Tracker Grapevine for warranty work. Thanks to a Great team Luis Cardozo Service Manger, Paul Erickson Service Writers along with an ousting team. I called to see how long of a wait before they could get it in, service writer Paul said two weeks. To my surprise they got to it two days early. My boat was repaired, cleaned and I was on my way. Thanks again to Luis Cardozo and his outstanding team !!!

Horrible customer service. My livewell pump was still under warranty so they ordered me a new one and said it would be here in a week and they would mail it to me. 2 weeks go by and no phone call, so I finally call them. They tell me they got some pumps in but they don't have the wire connectors that fit my boat so I'll just have to find a way to rig it up myself. They said they could do it if I want to leave my boat there for 3-5 weeks. It's rare to even get someone on the phone but when you do they act irritates to even be talking to you and they offer no help whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and find another boat dealer!
