Unless you are wanting to wait a month or so to get your boat fixed this is the place to bring it. Was told my boat would be fixed in a weak. Was told my boat would be fixed the 2nd week. Was told my boat would be fixed the 3rd week. I probably called over a hundred times within the 3 weeks and talked to someone 4 times. No one ever answers the phone, voicemails, and emails. Really bad for business ...... will just go pick it up.

I've been waiting for my guy to get his boat back so we can hit the waters and after what should've been a 1-2 week job, has turned out to be an UNTOUCHED "fix up" with this shop. No communication, no details, and no customer service skills whatsoever! Do not waste your time with these dudes, take it to real mechanics the first time and get back on the water.

6 weeks ago I took my boat in to be serviced. The lady on the phone told me the entire process would take 2-3 weeks for a simple tune-up. After waiting 5 weeks with no phone call, I finally called and asked what was going on. They told me that they have been busy with attorneys and that they would get to my boat as soon as they could. I waited another week with no phone call and then decided to go pick up my boat. I drove onto the lot at 1pm in the afternoon with no one to be seen and simply hooked up my boat (with the keys still in it) and drove off. Anyone could just drive in and take any boat they wanted. Take your boat to someone who cares and wants your business, because these people obviously don't.

Neil is an awesome mechanic and will go out of his way to make sure your back on the water ASAP.
