Five Star Marine Services Inc

I needed something simple but apparently hard to get: gear lube for Volvo Penta. Five Star Marine not only had it, but the price was very reasonable. Since I live in Houston, I secured these over the phone, and found myself not able to make it to their store before closing on a Friday evening on way to Lake Travis. Arturo, who tends the sales office, went to the service center (they are not co-joined), retrieved the quarts of oil and set them in a place so I could pick it up after hours. He even sent me a picture of the location to make it easier. This is what I call going the extra mile. It is not common to see such attention to customer service. Thank you Arturo!

Purchased, paid in full and picked up a used boat on Jan 18,2018. It's now March 12,2018 and I still have no titles. I was promised titles with in 2 weeks. Now I am just getting excuses Do not buy from this business. These guys are crooked as they get. I have been forced to hire an attorney to get this resolved

Arturo and Darrin are awesome. Truly seeing everything through to the end of the transaction and making sure all parties are satisfied along the way. I was in from DFW to purchase a boat and they went above and beyond to accommodate me on the purchase. Staying late on a Friday evening is not fun, I am sure, but they gladly did it so I could hit the road back home. Good people here!! Great boat, great price, and outstanding customer service!
