I would highly recommend Walt and Holiday Marine.  I have taken a friend's boat and mine for repairs.  He is honest and fair.  He discusses the issue with you before and after the repair.

Took my tracker with mercury EFI motor. The boat hadn't been in the water for 2 years. They diagnosed the problem quickly and got it running. They thought it might need a new battery but instead of just putting in a new one they tried charging it.  The battery held and I didn't have to spend that $100. Great service. If you need boat work this the place to go.
