We had a pretty large repair to our RV. Greatly caused by the hurricane. We knew we had an exceptional Insurance company next was locating a match in a company to complete repairs. We had flooring, ceiling, interior walls, trim molding and much more needing repair or replacing. We recieved weekly updates from Jamie, which were sent to American National Ins as well. All repairs were completed sooner than expected with attention to details that exceeded my expectation. It was truly a great experience.

After the dealer put a screw through the side of my 5th wheel during warranty repairs, and then couldn't even tell me when the damage they caused would be fixed after I pointed out the screw to them (sat on their lot for 3 weeks with no progress or estimate when it would be done), sent pictures to Shoreline. They gave me an estimate, and said they could work me in. Guess what? Shoreline did exactly what they said they were going to do, got it done when they said they would, at the price they quoted. And communicated what was going on the entire time. Totally different and fantastic experience compared to the dealer!! Will definitely use them again if needed.

My husband took his North Trail for repairs. Greg, super helpful, knowledgeable and the prediction of completion was on target. This company customer service remained even throughout our unit repair relationship and the workmanship is outstanding.

Just visited this place while traveling on spring break. The staff went out of their way to help me. I am so appreciative of their help and outstanding service. 5 star treatment all the way. I highly recommend them.

Greg and the team at Shoreline are some of the best to work with. They handled my boat repairs and improvements according to our plan and schedule. More importantly, when there was an issue or item to consider, they were there with recommendations and guidance to ensure we all were happy with the outcome. I have had great success in the past as they worked on my boat trailer too, so I'm 100% satisfied with Shoreline and will continue to use and support them.
