I need the owner to allow me to meet him as I have many problems concerning the house and I have sent many emails for you to fix the condition of the house. I have lived at this house for a year, I am never late to pay rent. I went to the office today to talk about the house’s conditions, they laughed at me because of my arabic accent. Not very good service, I’m thinking of moving. The least they could do is give me the permission to fix the house. I can just do it myself,they don’t even have to pay. i recovered i call from someone and i explain for him everything. he said will text me his email to send to him an email with all problems and he just sent me his email while i’m writing this ‬

Larry Marion is probably one of the rudest Realtors I have ever spoke with. I contacted Larry to find a home eligible for a rural development loan, he then sent me houses and we narrowed it down. When it came time to look at them , he then didn't know which were eligible even though I told him specifically we wanted a home we could purchase with an Rd loan. Which hasn't been a problem with any other realtor I have spoke with. He then said he didn't know and it would be a waste of time and energy to go see the houses if I couldn't afford them. I work in a pharmacy and my husband is a diesel mechanic. Money isn't a problem. We just want a rd eligible home. If I want to look at a house a Realtors job is to show them right ? I then told him I would just talk to another realtor who knew more about the rural development loans and he told me not to contact him again. Have the emails to prove it.

No thanks I'll go to a real lawyer who can actually get a public intox dropped in Fayetteville. After everything was done, another lawyer did everything instead and was cheaper
