I finally got into contact with a realtor after 2 months of constantly trying. The realtor, also the VP of the company, was 40 minutes late because he accidentally scheduled another showing at the same time. He got there and rushed us through the house, he was supposed to show us 3 homes but instead hurried to leave after the first. We put in our application to be told the very next day that someone had leased it. The realtor knew that someone had leased the home already and was taking us through it with our hopes up. Luckily I managed to get my application fee refunded but my credit score was still checked, bringing it down some, and I gave them my social. After wasting my time trying to contact someone from this company they turn around and screw me over. This is why they already have such a bad rap but I was eager to get a lease setup for when I graduated college. Please do not work with this company as they will not value your time and money as much as they value themselves.

We recently did some house hunting in Fayetteville and found Dana McClelland with Lindsey a true joy. She was extremely helpful and patient with all of our house showings (we wanted to see A LOT!) I would absolutely recommend her for anyone in the area looking for a home or some land.

I have had a horrible experience with Lindsey. I’m a single mother that just moved to the city and I discovered my apartment building had a horrible roach infestation and the management will not do anything about it or release me from my lease contract so I can find a safe healthy home for my baby. Don’t even bother escalating issues to the corporate office, nothing will happen.

1.) Kept the entirety of our deposit -- we had our house professionally cleaned by a company over a 3 day period. We were told the house was in bad condition: which was a lie. 2.) Our house was shown to foreign prospecting renters after I specifically told them not to breach my contract by going into our private domain. 3.) The 1200.00 a month apartment was falling apart and the property was only 3 years old. THE LIST COULD GO ON!
