Sheri Zimmerman helped our son and his wife find a rental house in a short period of time. She was tireless and resourceful -- often texting late in the evening about new possibilities. After they moved in there were a few maintenance items that were handled efficiently. We have been very happy with our experience with Sheri Zimmerman and Lindsay & Associates.

Our realtor from Lindsey, Maria Fairchild is outstanding. She provided us great advice and we were able to get an offer for our home in a record 3 days! The offer was fair and the closing process was very smooth. I highly recommend Maria from Lindsey and would love to work with her in the future.

At first Lindsay was really helpful and nice. 6 months into our lease our stove quit working so i called to have someone come fix it, well Jessicia was our landlord and she was NEVER in her office or wouldn't answer her cell phone. Our stove started sparking and she was aware of it. Not once did anything ever happen. We also never got a call back saying if we would or wouldnt get our deposite back (we didnt expect it because everyone who I know who has rented threw Lindsay never got theirs back) well than about 2 months after we moved out i got something on my credit report that went to collections because we never paid a bill? I have all my receipts still. We paid rent on time every month. We never got a bill, a call or an email from them saying we owed them money. The people up there are rude and not helpful at all. Last time I went in the lady told me it wasnt her problem and they cant fix it. I will NEVER rent or buy from Lindsay again!
